Your personal data will receive the corresponding treatment in accordance with data protection law, and in no case will it be transferred to third parties for any type of commercial or other action.
Reservation conditions
Reservations will be a minimum of 7 days from Saturday to Saturday during the months of June to September. Outside this period, the minimum will be 4 days with entry and exit from Monday to Saturday. To confirm, the tenant will have to pay 30% on booking and the rest of the rental amount on the day of entry. Method of payment by bank transfer or by credit card. It is included in the rental price, water, gas, electricity and heating. It is not included, bed linen, towels, tourist tax or cleaning of the accommodation. Cleaning at the end of the accommodation will be the responsibility of the customer, paying the corresponding price depending on the type of accommodation.
Bail
When the keys are handed over, a deposit of € 200 will have to be paid by credit card or cash, which will be returned in full after inspection, except in the event of damage to the accommodation. In case of departure of the tenant outside office hours, the deposit will be returned after checking the apartment, by bank transfer.
Hours
Key collection is from 4 p.m. and check-out 11 a.m.
Maximum number of occupants
The occupancy of the accommodation by a number of people greater than that established in the reservation will result in immediate eviction without the right to reimbursement of the amount of the reservation. Terms of cancelation
The tenant can cancel his reservation at any time by email at: contacto@blanchimmo.com or by phone on 0034.972.25.66.53 with the following conditions:
- Cancellation by the tenant up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival day: The deposit paid by the customer will be refunded after deduction of € 50 management fees.
- Cancellation by the customer from 29 days to the day of arrival: The deposit paid by the customer will be kept by the agency.
Modification of the contract
In the event that the accommodation was not habitable during the customer's stay, the agency Blanch Immo undertakes to offer free accommodation of similar or higher quality. In the event that the client does not accept the offer to change accommodation, the agency Blanch Immo will refund the total amount paid by the client.
