The origin of the company, today BLANCH IMMO-SERVICE SL, dates back to 1965, when a French promoter, Mr. GILLES MAUSSION, built the first apartment block on the seafront on the beach of the Salatà of Roses with the name of Residencia de la Plage. In 1967 the promotion continues to build the Miramar Residence and in 1974 the Baie Residence. After a few years, in 1986 the same promoter made his last promotion, the Grand Pavois Residence.
In, Pere Blanch Espelt, under the name of Finques Blanch, continued the project and management of Mr. Maussion’s company.
In 2005, the BLANCH IMMO SERVICE SL Company was set up where Pere Blanch, together with their children Daniel and Jordi, decided to establish a new company dedicated to providing the maximum possible services around the management of rentals, sales and neighborhood communities for all their clients.
Since 2017, BLANCH IMMO SERVICE SL, continues with the same idea, with Jordi Blanch at the helm, trying to provide the best real estate services to all its clients, always based on personalized treatment from the family business that continues to grow today together with a group of great professionals.
